Therapy Fit Quiz

Wondering if therapy with me might be a good fit?

Finding a therapist can feel like one more decision when you're already carrying the load. This brief, two-minute reflection can help you consider whether my approach aligns with what you're looking for.

There are no right or wrong answers, and this isn't a diagnostic assessment. It's simply an opportunity to pause, reflect, and see whether you recognize yourself in the patterns we often explore in therapy.

Do you often find yourself taking responsibility for other people's needs, emotions, or well-being?

When you are overwhelmed, do you lose track of your needs, keep going when you're depleted, or feel responsible for holding it together even if it comes at a cost to yourself?

Is it hard for you to communicate your needs in a close relationship?

Do you often feel resentful after agreeing to things you didn't really want to do?

Do you find yourself doing more than your share of the emotional or practical work in your relationships?

Have changes in your family or relationship—such as becoming a parent, changing roles, or entering a new phase of life—affected how you see yourself or your relationships?

When you try to set a boundary, do you feel guilty/uncomfortable, second guess yourself, or abandon them to avoid disappointing, upsetting, or inconveniencing others?

Are you yelling at your kids in the same way you swore you never would?

Do you feel invisible to others despite the instrumental role you have in keeping things moving along?

... it doesn't mean something is wrong with you.

Many of these patterns develop for understandable reasons and can be difficult to change on your own.
