We all have a story. Here's part of mine:

My "Why"

As a child of divorced parents, I saw how family changes impacted myself, my siblings, and the people around us. Through my years teaching dance to children of all ages, I watched how their experiences shaped how they showed up to class each week. This is where my inspiration of helping others find agency in their lives was born from. We don’t always get to choose what happens to us—

but we do have choices in how we respond and

the meaning we create from our history.

I graduated from West Chester University of PA in 2013 with a BA in Psychology and was a member of Psi Chi Honors. I pursued my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at LaSalle University, graduating in 2018. I have been licensed in Pennsylvania since 2020.

I started my career in community mental health, providing in-home therapy to families navigating serious mental health challenges with their children. Over time, as I’ve grown and expanded my skills, I’ve discovered that I work especially well with individual adults and parents and/or co-parents who are facing challenges that come with raising kids.

I am a daughter, sister, wife, and mother to two wildly energetic little boys. I believe laughter is the best form of medicine.  In my free time, I enjoy reading, being outside in the sunshine, anything comedy, and all things home renovation.
